If you have a proven track record in delivering positive outcomes for customers and an ability to manage customer expectations with excellent communication skills, then this could be a great opportunity for you to join our Customer Service Sales team.
With experience using telephony and CRM systems, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality inbound and outbound services through various channels, including telephony, postal mail, email, web services, and self-service portals.
You’ll take ownership of customer enquiries and handle them effectively, proactively, and positively, ensuring that accurate information is provided and that inquiries are managed efficiently in accordance with targets.
Using your excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise your own workload, you’ll carry out a range of administrative tasks whilst communicating with customers and liaising with colleagues as required. Looking after customers who are interested in purchasing a property, discussing options and providing them with accurate and helpful guidance will be at the forefront of your role. With experience of working in a fast-paced or sales-related customer services environment, you’ll be able to manage conversations and/or resolve concerns/complaints effectively and sensitively, acting as the first point of contact where possible.
Proficient in using Microsoft packages, such as Outlook, Excel and Word, utilising a CRM system and telephony software, you’ll work well within a team environment and demonstrate a professional and approachable attitude.
The Customer Service Sales team currently work on a 2 week rota between 08:30 and 19:30 Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays 10:00 to 16:00.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Croydon. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least one day per week. Please note that our Croydon office will be closing at the end of the year, but we’re working on securing a new office space.
If you live outside the M25, your salary will be based on your location and aligned to the National pay scale.
