Job Overview:
We are seeking a New Hire Onboarding Manager to support Financial Service Professionals (FSP) as they transition from instructor led training to our high-volume inbound customer contact center. In this exciting position, you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring our new hires feel supported, prepared, and empowered to take care of our advisors! Responsibilities:
Onboarding Support:
The New Hire Onboarding Manager is the initial point of contact to support new hires by ensuring the completion of pre-onboarding logistical tasks for full time and contingent cohorts. This individual will build strategic partnerships with Service Center leadership, Learning & Development, Technology, Human Resources, Workforce Management, and Talent Acquisition. They will play a crucial role in overseeing the new hire process, shaping the onboarding experience, establishing productive routines, and working cross-functionally to deliver an engaging experience.
OJT Support:
Help FSPs navigate resources, provide helpful tips, and create a structure that promotes an environment of psychological safety. The New Hire Onboarding Manager will actively demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by taking live calls during the training transitional phase. This manager is responsible for establishing regular 1:1 meetings to evaluate call quality and provide coaching. On a periodic basis and during peak volumes this individual with support the call queues to remain adept at customer service interactions and support the business.
L&D Partnership:
Collaborate closely with the L&D team to ensure best practices shared are relevant and resources are up to date. This person will provide observations throughout training and nesting to add insight to the learner readiness scorecard. The New Hire Onboarding Manager will provide coaching and guidance to new hire cohort participants along with evaluating skill development progression through the training program.
Growth and Development:
Act as a mentor and pacesetter for new hires. The Onboarding Manager will monitor speed-to-proficiency data and report trends across Service leadership and L&D. A successful New Hire Onboarding manager will identify areas of opportunity with strong performance-based 1:1 coaching.
Reporting & Analytics:
The New Hire Onboarding manager will actively create routines with the full-time manager of all new hires to provide progress reports based on speed-to-performance metrics, along with monitoring attendance, engagement, and attrition.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years call center people management experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of strong performance-based coaching and personalized feedback delivering
• Strong knowledge of financial services industry standard practices
• Adept knowledge of LPL Financial’s tools, systems, products, and services
- SIE and Series 7 (https://www.finra.org/industry/series7) or can complete within 90 days of employment

Pay Range:
$66,788-$111,313/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
