Responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of experienced engineers and project managers to develop technical skills and industry knowledge
- Assist with engineering design, calculations, specifications, drawings, and technical documentation for a variety of projects
- Support the development and review of engineering deliverables while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements
- Perform engineering analyses, evaluations, and calculations with mentorship and oversight as needed
- Participate in field visits to verify existing conditions, collect data, and support project design efforts
- Learn and apply industry standards, client specifications, and company procedures to engineering projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project planning, coordination, and successful execution
- Gain proficiency in engineering software, design tools, and project documentation processes
- Assist with equipment selection, system layouts, and technical recommendations based on project needs
- Develop an understanding of project phases, engineering workflows, and best practices through hands-on experience
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and incorporate feedback to improve technical deliverables
- Continue professional growth through mentorship, training, and exposure to diverse engineering disciplines and industries
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Civil, Structural, Electrical, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering graduating in December 2026/May 2027
- 0+ years of experience working as an Engineer, engineering internships highly preferred
- Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) license preferred and on track to obtaining a Professional License (PE) preferred
- Must be well organized and able to prioritize work
- Ability to set and track goals
- Ability to multi-task and work on more than one project at a time
- Able to commit to and meet project deadlines, and driven to provide outstanding service to both external and internal customers
- Willing to take ownership of work through project completion
- Must possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
Skills Required
- Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Civil, Structural, Electrical, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, graduating in December 2026 or May 2027
- 0+ years of engineering experience
- Engineering internship experience
- Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) license
