What You'll Do
- Drive operational excellence for our products. Work with a multi-functional team to ensure any system or infrastructure issues are timely communicated and fixed.
- Responsible for ensuring strong digital stewardship and IT Controls - Audits Ready Every Day ~
- Lead and deliver new value for the digital products.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at each stage.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain, to drive alignment and execute product strategies.
- Develop and implement robust processes and systems to streamline product operations, including demand planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Continuously assess and optimize the supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to drive operational efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.
- Lead and inspire a team of product operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive individual and team success.
Job Qualifications
- University degree in 2025 or recently graduated
- Excellent command over both written & spoken English
- Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
- An ability to drive innovation and brand growth
