Overview
Come join our AI/ML and Data Science team at Credit Genie! As a New Grad, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Credit Genie’s long-term success. At Credit Genie, we are designing and building software systems that power a growing array of financial products, while leveraging Data Analytics, Data Science, and ML/AI to build and deploy models for domains such as Risk and Marketing, and to build new in-app experiences for our users. You’ll have the opportunity to join a group of passionate, talented, and mission-driven professionals and work on new products from the ground up. What You'll Do
Work in collaboration with a growing team of Data Scientists and ML/AI Engineers on the design and implementation of new Risk and Underwriting models.
Design and build new in-app experiences for our customers.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering leads to build and deploy production-grade ML and AI systems.
Expand the existing technological stack of the company and support ML/AI-specific requirements.
Solve problems that have no clear existing solution and directly impact our customers.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant coursework is a plus.
Strong foundation on computer programming.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Values diversity and inclusion in team environments.
Eagerness to learn new tools and concepts quickly. Comfortable asking questions and seeking feedback.
Entrepreneurial spirit. You are self-directed and innovative; you build trust and are biased towards action in fast-paced environments.

Working knowledge of Kubernetes or other container solutions..
Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK, …).
Familiarity with core components of the Machine Learning stack (e.g., model registries, feature stores) and architectural patterns (e.g., batch vs. online prediction, batch and streaming features, …).
Familiarity with multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript/Javascript, Go, Rust, …).
Experience with the AWS cloud.
Experience with Snowflake.
Experience with ML/AI tools and frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, Tensorflow, LangGraph/CrewAI/PydanticAI/…).

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
