Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain new car sales forecasts, including total vehicle sales, gross and operating profits, and expenses.

• Inventory Management: Coordinate vehicle orders and manage inventory to meet market demands.

• Merchandising & Promotions: Ensure vehicles are displayed to dealership standards and review promotions for effectiveness.

• Team Leadership: Motivate, mentor, and train the Product Specialist team to exceed sales and profit goals.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other department managers to align dealership goals and strategies.

• Customer Service: Address customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.

• Strategic Planning: Assist the General Manager with advertising plans, sales promotions, and staffing strategies.
