Your responsibilities will include:
Customer portfolio management: Ensuring daily monitoring of contracts, responding to specific requests, and anticipating needs.
Business relationship management: Identifying opportunities for development, preparing and leading steering committees with customers.
Performance analysis: Preparing activity reports, monitoring KPIs, proposing action plans.
Optimizing fleet management: Advising on fleet composition, energy transition, and electrification.
Internal coordination: Creating synergies with the sales, technical, delivery, and customer service teams.
Ensuring customer loyalty: Guaranteeing high satisfaction and providing support with contract renewals.
Cross-functional collaboration between account management in new business and in the business partner area.
Your Profile:
- Commercial training or comparable qualification (commercial diploma)
- Very good German and English skills, French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
- Ideally, experience in the automotive or financial services industry
- Good understanding of mobility issues (TCO, electrification, etc.)
- Precise, careful, and independent way of working
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Citrix/SAP experience is an advantage
- Sales and service orientation
- Excellent knowledge of reporting tools (Excel, CRM, etc.)
