Founded in 1989 and headquarters in Dallas, Texas, PLA is a national supply chain solutions 

Provider offering Pallet Management Services, 3PL Services, Reverse Logistics Services, and 

Freight Brokerage & Transportation Management Services, Handling over 115 million pallets 

per year for over 1,500 customers. Now one of the largest pallet manufacturing and recycling 

companies in the United States, PLA has over 76 facilities, employing upwards of 3500 employees 

across 23 states, and is still looking for opportunities for growth, both organically and through acquisition.

What we’re looking for

• New Build 2 | Valley Pallet Supply Chain Services 

Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Build pallets that vary in size using recycled or new lumber.
• Perform build with precision to provide consistent quality of all pallets. 
• Operate and maintain multiple types of small and large equipment.
• Deliver on or exceed the daily production requirements. 
• Identify and understand types and grades of pallets 
• Evaluate pallets to ensure they meet PLA standards. 
• Maintain a clean workspace, reducing accidents, and ensuring compliance
• Escalate technical and process issues to leadership
• Foster exceptional and collaborative partnerships with facility staff. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

What you'll need

• 6+ months of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
