What You Could Bring:
- 2–5 years in strategy, business development, or commercial roles
- Passion for sports, with a strong understanding of US sports culture and market dynamics
- Experience validating and scaling new revenue initiatives (SaaS/tech a plus)
- Strong commercial and analytical skills — able to size markets, build P&Ls, model outcomes
- Experience running pilots, customer interviews, or early-stage go-to-market strategies
- Ability to balance “Build vs. Buy” options, including M&A/partnership opportunities
- Confident in influencing senior stakeholders, excellent written and spoken English
Responsibilities Include:
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities in sports, geographies, and business segments
- Lead market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis in target areas
- Design and test pilots to validate monetization and product fit
- Build clear business cases and investment recommendations for leadership
- Translate approved initiatives into actionable plans for product and commercial teams
- Continuously refine Veo’s new business development process to deliver speed and impact
