Interactive Brokers seeks several motivated individuals to join our New Accounts team as Document Processor. Successful candidates are analytical, methodical and have strong initiative. Key Responsibilities
- Validate and screen documents received from clients who are opening accounts under the UK and US entities
- Follow-up with clients regarding any pending documents
- Reviewing regulatory checks such as OFAC and World Checks
- Co-ordinate with Compliance to get the documents/accounts approved
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 0-2 years related to account opening and Global KYC documentation of individual and corporate clients
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of foreign languages will be preferred
