Opportunity Summary
A customer-first approach position with primary responsibility for entering new accounts into the customer database and acting as a liaison between Customers, Sales, and Sales Management. POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service is provided to all internal and external customers. Primary responsibilities align to the following efforts: New customer account set up, collection of appropriate documentation and paperwork, securing sensitive customer information and documents, setting up electronic payment formats aligned to new accounts, and assist with technical support for JB Hub customer inquiries.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday. Hybrid model in office Tuesday-Thursday.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Set up new customer accounts for various branch locations, following all pertinent laws, and requirements
Ensure new customer account forms and documentation are reviewed and processed in an accurate and timely fashion
Make certain new customer information is accurately entered into the database in its entirety prior to the initial order being shipped
Notify Routing, sales and/or customer of setup completion to include the following: Customer number, delivery day assignment, assigned sales rep, preferred payment method
Assist in the handling of the Customer Accounts email box
Set up electronic payment for Fintech and ACH customers
Enroll new customers in JB Hub at the time of set up and assist users with questions
Resolve various issues presented within the Credit Department and ACH shared email boxes
Field incoming calls and questions related to customer set up and maintenance
Collect and secure new account forms and documentation. Verify proper completion

Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business-related field preferred
Experience: 2+ years related experience preferred
Computer proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Internet applications -I Series/AS400 experience preferred
The expected pay range for this role is $21.00 - $22.00. Pay is contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
