Philips is a global leader in health technology, committed to improving billions of lives worldwide and striving to make the world healthier and more sustainable through innovation. Driven by the vision of a better tomorrow.
But it’s not just what we do, it’s who we are. We are 80,000, wonderfully unique individuals, with two things in common. An unwavering sense of purpose and a relentless determination to deliver on our customers’ needs. It’s what inspires us to create meaningful solutions – the kind that make a real difference – when it matters most.
The world and our customers’ needs are changing faster than ever before and while we are proud of what we do already, we know we can do more. That’s why we need you, to help us tackle increasingly complex challenges posed by ever evolving health and well-being needs.
You will be part of a dynamic, diverse Neurovascular Segment team within the Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGT-S) business – a market leader in the interventional and minimally invasive surgery space.
You will be reporting to the Segment Leader Radiology and will work in an international environment.

Your role:

  • Define the integral proposition, including required third-party products, for IGTS in the Neurovascular procedural domain based on market and customer insights, ranging from value proposition, supporting claims, pricing strategy, offer design, target customers and markets.
  • Define and execute the yearly marketing plan and work with the overall segment team to create the overall Neurovascular segment strategy.
  • Monitor performance of the portfolio in this domain and commercially maintain IGTS neurovascular solutions with the required marketing assets and activation in collaboration with local markets.
  • Work with customers, develop a Key Opinion Leader network in neurovascular and interventional neuroradiology, provide critical deal support, and partner with markets and internal stakeholders.
  • Collect and monitor customer feedback data to identify potential product quality issues and use the data to prioritize scope for upcoming maintenance programs.

You're the right fit if you have the following experience and skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields with an excellent track record.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an international business environment in marketing or product management.
  • Experience in the neurovascular or interventional neuroradiology space is a must; having a customer Key Opinion Leader network is a plus.
  • Expertise in market segmentation, product and service strategy, competitive strategy, and ability to strategize on product and solution development.
  • Strong conceptual skills; ability to synthesize market and customer feedback and experience with value proposition development.
  • Broad interests that allow you to interact with various disciplines; ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Proficient with AI-assisted tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT, and able to apply them responsibly for insights and workflow acceleration.
  • Experience with various aspects of healthcare marketing, both strategic and tactical, to ensure successful launch of neurovascular propositions in the market.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple and diverse markets.
  • Highly entrepreneurial and eager, with a natural affinity for healthcare business and a market- and customer-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with different stakeholders in the organization as well as with business partners and customers. Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • You share the same core values: a can-do mentality, flexible mindset, depend on each other, drive for results, readiness to go the extra mile, open communication and trust.
  • Willingness to travel as part of your job, up to 20%.
