We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team in a nursing leadership management role responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient care within the unit. This individual will direct and supervise clinical services, promote staff development and leadership, and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives. They will be accountable for ensuring the financial viability of the unit and maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient environment. Additionally, the role involves active participation in the hospital’s strategic planning process to support organizational goals.
Requirements:
Must be a registered nurse licensed in Kentucky.
Bachelor degree required.
A minimum of two years recent leadership expereince required.
Must hold BCLS and ACLS.
