The Role

Responsibility

  • Perform 7x24 two-shift duty, monitoring the operation status of data center networks and servers in real-time;
  • Follow ITIL management processes, responsible for the response, logging, preliminary troubleshooting, and escalation of daily monitoring alerts;
  • Assist in basic maintenance and daily routine inspections of network devices and servers;
  • Cooperate with senior network engineers to complete basic O&M commands such as device reboots and connectivity testing.


Who You Are

Requirements

  • Experience in network and server monitoring; data center (DC) shift duty experience is highly preferred;
  • Able to adapt to and accept a 7x24 two-shift work schedule;
  • Familiar with basic ITIL management processes and related IT service management concepts;
  • Diligent and responsible, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork;
  • Good English reading and writing skills, able to understand English system interfaces and technical documents, and communicate in writing.
