Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior System Administrator to help manage and improve our IT infrastructure and internal systems. This role includes supporting servers, cloud services, developer environments, security, and day-to-day operations.
We recently completed a successful migration to Microsoft 365 and are actively modernizing our infrastructure, systems, and internal workflows to build a more scalable and efficient technology environment.
Qualifications- 3+ years of System Administration experience
- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows systems
- Solid experience with networking (DNS, VPN, firewalls, TCP/IP)
- Solid experience with scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
- Experience with VMWare and Veeam Backup
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Git
- Solid experience supporting databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
- Understanding of backups, monitoring, and system security
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
What You’ll Do
- Manage Linux and Windows servers
- Support and maintain our Microsoft m365 environment
- Monitor servers, services, backups, and system performance
- Support deployments and CI/CD processes
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues
- Automate routine tasks using scripts
- Manage user accounts, permissions, VPN access, and security settings
- Work closely with developers to support internal and production systems
- Maintain documentation and system configurations
- Implementation of new systems in existing infrastructure
Nice to Have
- Experience with Terraform, or Ansible
- Experience working in software development and technology-driven environments.
