Network Operations Team in Bulgaria was established in late 20011 , since then the team is providing support  for various type of customers. From automotive to big government agencies demonstrating a wide range of technical expertise and adaptability. Proactive approach and deep understanding of diverse industries allow the team to anticipate issues, optimize performance, and contribute significantly to the overall success of our clients worldwide.

We’re assembling a brand-new sub-team to support one of our major customers – a mature and tech-savvy enterprise working with cutting-edge data center technologies. This role is on-site, based in our Sofia or Varna offices, and offers the unique opportunity to collaborate with top engineers and enhance your skills.

Daily challenges 

  • Lead deep-level troubleshooting in conjunction with vendor and third-party support 
  • Planning and implementation of normal, standard, or emergency changes within the applicable technology platform that you are responsible for 
  • Proactively anticipate issues or situations which impact the service quality 
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management lifecycle activities 
  • Build good awareness of the customers’ business, environment, support processes and adopting new technologies 
  • Participate in on-call duty shift schedule 

eXperience and skills required 

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering or network support
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus switching platforms and willingness to quickly learn, certify and support Cisco ACI solutions
  • Practical experience with Enterprise wireless technologies, such as Cisco 9800 controllers and Cisco 9120/9130 access points
  • Solid knowledge of core networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, STP, etc.)
  • Good communication and documentation abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecommunications, or related field
  • Fluency in English

What we will consider as an advantage: 

  • Cisco CCNP and/or other equivalent network certification 
  • Experience working with Load Balancers like F5 - LTM
  • Experience in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Ansible, or similar tools)
  • Experience in enterprise environments or large-scale network operations
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management tools
