We are looking for a Network Support Analyst to ensure the smooth operation of our cutting-edge data, voice, video/digital signage, and wireless systems. This position will be a temp-to-perm contract and is onsite with on call support.
What You’ll Do
Assist the Network Administrator with core network hardware and software installations and upgrades
Ensure the smooth operation of data, voice, video/digital signage, and wireless systems
Respond to emergency calls outside of normal working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Conduct routine monitoring and mitigation tasks for network availability
Support high-speed Wi-Fi, innovative digital signage, and state-of-the-art security monitoring systems
Prepare and present network performance reports
What You'll Need
Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related area
Three (3) years of related experience in maintaining network-connected devices and systems
Experience with emergency response and on-call support
Familiarity with video/digital signage systems and security monitoring technologies
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
