Network Support Analyst

Position Title: Network Support Analyst

Location:  Regina, SK

Overview:

Charter is currently seeking two (2) experienced Network Support Analysts to join our team starting June 2025. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience installing, configuring, and supporting Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless in a site/plant LAN/WAN infrastructure. Previous experience supporting Azure Firewall and Load Balancer is a strong asset.  Experience configuring network protocols, managing network security, and collaborating with 3rd party vendors on network activities would be a great asset. Location: Regina, SK (Onsite). Term: Ten (10) Months. Strong possibility of extension.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience installing, configuring, and supporting Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless in a site/plant LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Experience supporting Azure Firewall and Load Balancer is a strong asset.  
• Experience monitoring network utilizing tools, i.e., SolarWinds, NetFlow Analyzer.
• Experience supporting Cisco/Tandberg video conferencing equipment.
• Expereince providing VOIP network telephony support.
• Experience configuring networking protocols, i.e., SNMP, RMON, ICMP, DNS, IDS/IPS.
• Expereince implementing the network security and access security practices, including firewall rules and intrusion detection to the site LAN/WAN service.
• Experience troubleshooting network issues and resolving connectivity problems.
• Experience planning and executing Network DR tests.
• Active industry certifications, i.e., CCNA, CCNP is an asset.  
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
