Responsible for acquiring and growing enterprise and service provider accounts through IT networking and systems integration sales. Duties include developing account strategies, identifying and closing opportunities, meeting sales quotas, managing executive relationships, preparing RFP responses, presenting complex solutions, forecasting sales, and collaborating with technical teams and external partners. The role requires strong knowledge of networking solutions, consultative selling, account management, and business development.

Designs, implements, and governs enterprise network architectures across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, data center, cloud, and hybrid environments. Provides technical leadership for complex projects, client consulting, architecture reviews, security and resiliency initiatives, and network modernization. Develops standards and roadmaps, supports pre-sales, optimizes network performance, leads strategic initiatives, and mentors network engineers.

Designs telecommunications facilities and power infrastructure, including layouts, rack elevations, DC power systems, batteries, generators, grounding, cable management, and environmental systems. Prepares construction packages, technical drawings, bills of material, cost estimates, procurement documents, and as-built documentation. Supports site deployments, upgrades, installation reviews, field inquiries, commissioning, and coordination with network, project management, operations, contractors, and remote teams.

Supports head-office accounting and administrative activities, initially focusing on accounts receivable. Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, entering accurate financial information, resolving receivables issues, supporting cash flow, communicating with customers and stakeholders, and coordinating accounting processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, adaptability, organization, and comfort with foreign currency transactions.

Supports enterprise network deployment and migration projects across client sites. Installs, configures, tests, troubleshoots, and validates Juniper wired and wireless infrastructure while assisting migrations from Aruba platforms. Coordinates site activities, maintains deployment documentation and equipment inventory, tracks risks and project status, and supports scheduled maintenance windows, including occasional after-hours and weekend work.
