Develop architecture roadmaps, standards, and governance; guide server, storage, virtualization, networking, and endpoint solutions; ensure DR, HA, security compliance; collaborate with stakeholders and mentor infrastructure teams.

Lead large-scale government technology modernization projects from development through operational startup. Manage data migration, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, resources, vendors, and stakeholder communications. Prepare executive reporting and project documentation, facilitate decision-making, oversee change requests, and coordinate deliverable sign-offs and transition to operations. Support organizational change, operational readiness, and implementation of digital services.

Manage daily domestic shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations including third-party logistics coordination, order preparation (pick/pack/crate), inventory audits, supplier and courier relationships, and administrative support for sales, project management, and order administration teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Provide Level 2/3 support, maintenance, configuration, and minor development for PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM. Troubleshoot production issues, develop PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker interfaces, SQRs, BI Publisher reports and SQL, support upgrades/patches, maintain security and workflows, gather requirements and produce documentation.
