What We Need: 

This Network Success Manager role optimizes the relationship between Synapse Health and its network partners. This highly visible position focuses on the strategic management of the provider network, ensuring alignment with company objectives while maintaining exceptional operational efficiency. This role requires problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration to continually enhance the partner experience and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 

What You Will Do: 

  • Act as the trusted advisor to network suppliers, providing strategic guidance, support, and expertise to strengthen relationships and drive business success. 
  • Oversee and streamline the onboarding and training of new network partners, ensuring seamless integration into Synapse Health's systems, processes, and tools while building a strong foundation for long-term collaboration. 
  • Proactively identify partner needs, challenges, and opportunities, using deep industry knowledge and problem-solving skills to design effective, scalable solutions. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create resources, processes, and tools that improve the partner experience, engagement, and outcomes. 
  • Lead high-level supplier engagements, including joint operating reviews, data analysis, and training sessions, focusing on improving network performance, innovation, and adoption of new tools and processes. 
  • Serve as an advocate for network partners, delivering feedback and influencing product, process, and service enhancements to improve satisfaction, compliance, and retention. 
  • Ensure all network activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining a strong focus on quality and compliance. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on network performance metrics, identifying trends, providing insights, and areas for improvement to leadership. 
  • Provide senior-level support for business development initiatives by assessing new markets and strengthening relationships with existing partners. 

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in network management, provider relations, customer success, or a similar role within the healthcare or DME industry. 
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgement and influence decision-making at multiple levels. 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into action. 
  • A problem-solving mindset. 
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
