Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools and practices, and a strong foundation in scripting and infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor infrastructure using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Develop scripts in Python or Shell to automate routine tasks and system operations.
Manage and optimize Linux-based systems for performance and reliability.
Monitor logs and system health using Splunk and other observability tools.
Administer and support databases including PostgreSQL/EDB and Cassandra.
Operational support with extended after hours
🧠 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in a DevOps or Systems Engineering role.
Proficiency in Python and/or Shell scripting.
Strong knowledge of Linux system administration.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for container orchestration.
Familiarity with Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/EDB and Cassandra databases.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
🌟 Nice to Have
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
