More about the role


This is an exciting opportunity for a Network & Security Specialist (Networking) to join Signify's Global Network Services team.

In this role, you will help maintain, support, monitor, and continuously improve a global network environment that connects offices, factories, data centers, cloud platforms, and remote users around the world.

You will work closely with managed service providers, telecommunications vendors, cloud teams, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders to ensure highly available, secure, and reliable network services while supporting Signify's strategic insourcing initiative.

More About the Role

  • Support and maintain enterprise LAN, WLAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and cloud networking services across global locations.

  • Monitor network and security infrastructure, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive incident resolution and operational improvements.

  • Administer network security technologies including firewalls, secure access controls, segmentation, and VPN connectivity.

  • Partner with managed service providers and telecom vendors to ensure service quality, SLA performance, and operational excellence.

  • Support Azure and AWS connectivity while contributing to network transformation, refresh, and modernization initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise networking and network security environments.

  • Hands-on experience supporting LAN, WLAN, WAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP services.

  • Experience working with Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, Fortinet, Azure, AWS, and network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.

  • Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills.

  • Fluency in English is required.

*On-site position to be based in Panama City, Panama - open to consider candidates from all Latin America region willing to relocate.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, telecommunications, or a related field
