The Role
Your Role and Responsibilities
· Design, validate, and oversee the implementation of network and security architectures across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments
· Ensure high availability, resilience, scalability, and compliance with security standards and best practices
· Drive network and security transformation initiatives, including modernization and optimization programs
· Act as the primary escalation point for complex incidents, providing expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis
· Provide technical leadership, collaborating with Architects, Consult Partners, Vendors, and Client stakeholders
· Lead governance activities, ensuring alignment with architectural standards, security policies, and service quality targets
· Drive continuous service improvement and operational efficiency through automation and optimization
· Oversee the full lifecycle of solutions: design, integration, migration, and roll-out

Core Capabilities (Architecture & Delivery Oversight)- Definition and implementation of network and security configurations on infrastructure devices
- Review of logs, configurations, and security policies to proactively prevent incidents and vulnerabilities
- Support for lifecycle management activities, including software upgrades and patching of network/security components
- Vulnerability assessment and identification of mitigation and remediation actions
- Integration of network and security solutions with enterprise systems and cloud environments
- Execution and supervision of fine-tuning activities to ensure optimal infrastructure performance
- Analysis of incidents and definition of corrective and preventive actions
- Assessment of infrastructure evolution strategies and technology roadmap alignment
- Ownership of technical documentation, including HLD, LLD, and operational runbooks
- Evaluation of new features and technologies, including impact assessment on existing services and environments
- Supervision of software installation, upgrades, and validation testing
- Definition and governance of operational procedures and control frameworks
- Support for go-live, transition, and migration phases
- Analysis of performance metrics and growth trends, enabling capacity planning and scalability strategies
- Coordination and quality assurance of activities performed by network/security specialists across projects
- Oversight of architecture design validation and migration activities delivered by internal teams and vendors
- Definition of Disaster Recovery strategies and validation of DR test execution
- Support for security validation activities, including penetration testing and compliance verification
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in designing and developing large-scale systems
- Experience with system level testing and performance evaluation of network solutions and familiarity with related tools.
- Solution mind-set: Ability to connect the dots to conceptualize a solution, value proposition and create blueprints
- Experience in shell scripting and network automation platforms such as Ansible, AWX, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, or others.

- 10+ years of experience in networking and security within complex enterprise environments
- Proven experience as Network and Security Architect in large-scale production environments
- Strong expertise in high availability architectures, secure network design, and operational governance
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor engagements
