Your main responsibilities

Analysis of the current and planned logistics network of APMs, courier depots, hubs, and fulfillment centers within Allegro Mall Group

Assessment of operating results and financial indicators

Identifying areas for improvement in terms of time, cost, and return on investment

Conducting market research and analyses to unlock the potential of logistics facilities

This job is for you, if

You have at least 2-5 years of experience in planning, developing, and improving logistics networks
-
You have strong analytical skills and financial acumen
-
You have proficiency in data analysis and network modeling tools - e.g. Coupa/Llamasoft, Sophus, CosmicFrog, coupled with a thorough understanding of logistics operations, the ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements

You have proficiency in market research methodologies, data analysis skills, and the ability to generate insights from market data

You have experience working in a matrix organization with stakeholders from different functions and seniority levels
-
You are able to motivate others, communicate complex ideas clearly - especially in writing, gain the respect of key, senior stakeholders, and work collaboratively

You are a self-starter, results-oriented, and have a hands-on mentality, ready to work independently in a fast-paced and challenging project-based culture,

You are able to set the right priorities to achieve high-quality outputs

You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, can understand and appreciate different personalities, ways of thinking, and cultures

You work effectively in English (desired B2/C1)
