Job Summary
Partner with the Network Performance Team by providing general coordination and program management support to all project teams. Assist the Network Performance Teams with the administrative, organization and management of small-scale projects and assist leadership with operations, including training and education and quality assurance. Document project budgets and milestones appropriately and creates project schedules and communications. Typically reports to the VP, Service Line Network Performance Team.Job DescriptionMinimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or in lieu of degree, a minimum of five (5) years of directly related experience.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
- Two (2) years of project coordination or management experience.
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Visio) and effectively prioritize work tasks to meet tight deadlines, incorporating service excellence principles in deliverable and service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills; strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrates understanding of project management and quality improvement concepts and tools.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Effective oral, presentation and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Principal Accountabilities
- Oversees and maintains executive calendar, project budgets, timelines and milestones for all project teams.
- Provides project management coordination and support by creating and compiling reports, presentations, timelines, organization charts, and other project-related material.
- Leads small projects under the supervision of the Senior Director/Director or designee as assigned. May delegate responsibilities as needed.
- Documents and maintains records of current project plans, meeting minutes, decisions, project reports, schedules, budgets, cost tracking reports, and other pertinent records.
- Prepares multi-media presentations and reports utilizing a variety of software applications.
- Schedules cross-functional meetings to facilitate project collaboration.
- Updates senior management and other interested parties as appropriate on project details and changes in a timely manner.
- Facilitates calls and meetings as assigned. This includes proactively gathering documents, creating meeting agendas, distributing information to internal/external participants, taking meeting minutes, scheduling, etc.
- Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, scheduling and coaching team members.
- Assumes responsibility for the successful completion of assigned project tasks.
- Meets work standards by following productivity, quality and customer service standards; resolves operational problems and identifies work process improvements.
- Assists in maintaining and updating policy and procedure manual.
- Initiates and maintains contact with key personnel including staff, department heads and external parties.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional and industry publications.
- Supports Memorial Hermann’s commitment to continually advance equity, diversity and inclusion into the organization’s workplace and culture as a part of leadership expectations.
- Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
