Lithic is looking for a Network Partnerships Associate to maintain and strengthen our relationships with our card network partners — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. This is a critical role on the Partnerships team, responsible for ensuring Lithic is operating as a proactive, strategic partner across each network. You'll serve as one of Lithic's primary points of contact, help drive our strategic agenda with each partner, and support building broad, deep relationships across each organization.
Job responsibilities:- Serve as one of Lithic's primary relationship owners for Visa, Mastercard, and American Express — assist with managing day-to-day contacts, supporting the partnership agenda, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Identify, scope, and project manage key strategic priorities with each network through to completion, coordinating across internal teams including Sales, Product, Partnerships, Product Delivery, and Biz Ops
- Proactively build and expand your network within each partner organization, going beyond primary reps to establish direct relationships across commercial, product, and technical teams
- Represent Lithic at network events, industry conferences, and partner meetings
- Assist with managing and executing on the strategy and roadmap for each network relationship, with defined milestones and measurable progress
- Serve as an internal resource on network priorities, programs, and developments — keeping cross-functional stakeholders informed and aligned
- 2+ years of experience forming external enterprise or partner relationships, ideally in fintech or payments
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute a partnership or account strategy independently
- Strong cross-functional collaborator — comfortable working across Sales, Product, Partnerships, Product Delivery, and Biz Ops teams
- Organized and detail-oriented project manager who can drive multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder — able to represent Lithic credibly with network partners
- Experience working at or with a card payment network (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, etc.) is a plus, but not required
The annual US salary range for this role is $56,000 - $113,000 plus equity. This salary range is inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. This role must be based in NYC.
