About the role:
- We are looking for a talented and passionate Network Monitoring and Automation tools expert
- You will be helping us achieve the goal by designing and implementing Network Monitoring and Automation solutions
- Enable proactive and efficient monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting of complex network infrastructure.
About the Team :
Team provide solutions and services that help our clients grow, compete, and optimize their business. Our Enterprise Monitoring and Observability team is on a mission to reduce the total number of outages and the mean time to resolution (MTTR) across the enterprise.
What you will be doing:
- Perform administration support for the various network monitoring systems and our automated services, to remediate issues within the applications/services.
- Partner with support teams to ensure the proper monitoring of systems. Perform vendor engagement activities to work in collaboration with vendor support to resolve application issues.
- Own the ticket flow administration activities for assigning team resources to new ticket requests and to stay on top of the status of ticket work to prevent past due tickets.
- Perform vulnerability remediations and Create technical documentation of solutions. Maintain Service Now Dashboards for ticket status reviews. Manage and maintain OS level patching schedules.
- Prepare applications and systems for OS level patching and perform the application and system functionality validations after patches have been applied.
- Will be working in 2 PM to 11 PM IST Shifts
What you bring:
- 3 to 6 Years of strong knowledge in monitoring solutions for network monitoring.
- Broad knowledge of networking and computing technologies and platforms.
- Solid grasp of ITSM concepts, framework, and information technology operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Broad knowledge of new technologies and industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with Efficient organizational skills.
