Network Manager

Overview
As a Cross-Border Services (XBS) Network Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing payout partners across the Americas and the Caribbean. Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for your assigned markets, you will ensure a best-in-class service experience for our clients. You will also play a key role in expanding our reach by enhancing product offerings and capabilities with current partners, while managing a pipeline of prospective partners—from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing optimization. Your efforts will focus on improving service quality, reducing costs, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Support the execution of the XBS partnerships global strategy to deliver a best-in-class payout proposition including bank transfers, cash payouts and wallet payouts in designated region,
• Manage overall relationships with existing payout partners on assigned markets, acting as the main point of contact between the partners and Mastercard’s diverse XBS teams to facilitate business,
• Support the creation and execution of a pipeline of new partners/products to improve Mastercard’s XBS proposition,
• Act as a SME for assigned markets identifying risks and business opportunities and sharing with the team market practices and trends,
• Support the regional teams to increase revenue and volume of payments into the assigned region,
• Increase Mastercard’s profitability through pricing negotiations and by proposing process efficiencies that help reduce costs,
• Act as main escalation point for resolution of issues from our partners affecting Mastercard and our clients,
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies in all aspects and phases of our partner relationships.

• Demonstrated ability to take accountability and drive to desired results with aptitude and passion,
• Demonstrated business development and negotiation skills,
• Demonstrated experience on managing multiple projects in parallel, competing for resources and prioritization,
• Demonstrated experience on the payments business,
• You are motivated by a fast-paced environment where you would be a subject matter expert, a connector, and a leader with a reputation for impact,
• Results driven, solutions focused, with strong business acumen and sense of urgency,
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
