Provide advanced diagnostics across systems, applications, and infrastructure; perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes. Manage OEM support cases, configuration, firmware, software maintenance, upgrades, preventive maintenance, predictive monitoring, device inventory, thresholds, and alerting. Maintain design documents, SOPs, and knowledge bases, mentor Level-2 staff, and provide technical assessments to the Change Advisory Board.
