The Lead Network Engineer will manage client network uptime, perform system monitoring, handle incidents, and assist in network analysis and coordination.

Maintain and perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of network uptime of the client is 100%. Handle incidents & provide root cause analysis while adhering to SLA processes. Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access. Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses. May assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software. All of the above duties will be performed using Switching, Routing, Firewall, & Wireless.
