This role is remote within Romania. If you are based in Cluj-Napoca, you also have the option to work from our office in a hybrid setup.
What you will do
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments.
- Deliver network and infrastructure projects end-to-end, from solution design through implementation, testing, and handover.
- Configure, migrate, and troubleshoot network devices, including Cisco infrastructure components.
- Analyze complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Act as a technical consultant and point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance and recommendations.
- Support network lifecycle activities, upgrades, and continuous infrastructure improvements.
When you fit in with us
- 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, MPLS, and SD-WAN.
- Experience with Cisco networking technologies and complex network troubleshooting.
- Proven experience delivering infrastructure or network projects end-to-end.
- Strong customer-facing, communication, and consulting skills, with the ability to work independently and across teams.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP)
- WLAN experience
- Network automation experience

Skills Required
