You'll take ownership of enterprise network environments, managing and optimizing LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN solutions to ensure reliable connectivity while working with modern technologies and contributing to impactful IT projects.
This role is remote within Romania. If you are based in Cluj-Napoca, you can also choose a hybrid setup and work from our office.
What you will do
- Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including Cisco infrastructure components.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues efficiently.
- Support network lifecycle activities, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
- Analyze incidents and act as a technical point of contact for customers.
- Contribute to network projects and continuously improve operational standards.
When you fit in with us
- 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, MPLS, and SD-WAN.
- Experience with Cisco networking technologies.
- Good understanding of routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams and customers.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP)
- WLAN experience
- Network automation experience
