What success looks like in this role:
• Provides Network Operations support for small / medium projects.
• Works with Network Operations team members to interpret client and business needs and translate them into business, application, system, technical and operational requirements.
• Develops system requirements, including process flows and use cases.
• Determines impact on existing applications and databases based on requirements.
• Works with technical colleagues to ensure all requirements are addressed in solution design.
• Coordinates the testing of new features and bug fixes, developing test cases and plans and performing user acceptance testing.
• Works with development teams to complete implementations / enhancements with minimal impact to clients.
• Performs troubleshooting of technical and business processes.
• Participates in peer review of solution design documentation.
• Reviews vendor documents to determines if vendor solutions meet company requirements.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves discrepancies in analytical procedure or cross-functional methods.
