Engineer, Client facing, Team leadership, Knowledge of Newtork and Infrastructure.
Experience in technical proposals and high-level solution design and estimation to support the sales team in new deals and opportunities.
Knowledge of network concepts and segmentation, including security aspects.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies such as hosting, storage, backup, and virtualization for hybrid environments.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field .
Proven experience in infrastructure technology management.
Proficiency in technical knowledge and teamwork.
Portuguese language (native or fluent); fluency in English (written and conversational); other languages are a plus.
A continuous learner who stays up to date with industry knowledge and emerging technologies.
An advanced degree in a relevant field and/or relevant certifications are a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills in Portuguese and English.
