Network Engineer

Client: A prestigious and long-established luxury jewellery group with extensive retail operations across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and international markets.
Job Responsibilities
• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain network infrastructure for offices and retail stores (LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi / VPN).
• Administer and optimize Cisco Meraki, FortiGate firewalls, and Huawei switches/routers.
• Monitor network performance and resolve issues.
• Manage VPNs and implement security best practices.
• Perform upgrades, backups, and maintain documentation.
• Support store openings, relocations, and vendor coordination.
• Provide on-call support for critical incidents.
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of network engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Meraki, Fortinet, Huawei.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and Wi-Fi.
Tools & Platforms
• Experience with network monitoring tools and basic Linux.
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Scripting/automation (Python/Bash), SD-WAN, cloud networking, certifications.
Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication.
• Good organizational skills.
