We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer with exceptional troubleshooting skills to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and securing our network systems while swiftly resolving complex technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximum performance.
What you do
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/SD-WAN).
Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex network issues across multiple platforms and environments.
Monitor network performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Manage and configure network devices including routers, switches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-critical applications and services.
Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for major outages.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements.
Participate in on-call rotation and incident response as needed.
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, , preferably in large-scale enterprise environments
Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex network issues in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.).
Experience with Cisco, Huawei, or similar network hardware.
Proficiency in diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, Elastic, NetFlow).
Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE,HCIP, HCIE or equivalent are highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with network automation (Python, Ansible).
Knowledge of network security best practices and compliance standards.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
