Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, including LAN/WAN, VPN, hybrid cloud, and network security.
Strong understanding of core networking protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS, SMTP, IGMP.
Experience supporting and deploying AWS and Azure cloud networking solutions will be added avantage.
Proven track record in managing firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto), VPNs, and EDR platforms.
Proficiency in network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and PRTG.
Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to engage effectively across global teams.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a distributed support model.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Azure Administrator.
Exposure to scripting or development concepts (e.g., HTML/CSS, Python, Java, Node.js) is a plus.
Experience in IT service management (e.g., Agile, ITIL) and formal change control procedures.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and continuous technical learning.
Industry knowledge in media and entertainment, including workflows and tools like Media Shuttle, Aspera, subtitling platforms, and A/V codecs, is advantageous.
