Job Description
The position requires on-call duties and offers hybrid work from Cracow. Candidates must be able to travel within Poland and Europe.
- Develop and maintain the existing network infrastructure including Data Centre, LAN, WAN, SDWAN, Cloud.
- Handle service requests.
- Execute IT infrastructure projects by implementing solutions.
- Diagnose, analyze, and ensure proper LAN/WAN/SDWAN/WLAN operation.
- Manage and administer computer network monitoring.
- Preparing documentation and procedures.
- Provide technical support to development and business support teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience supporting network technologies in a medium/large enterprise environment.
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP level certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Fortinet NSE4 certification or equivalent.
- Hands-on knowledge of network security.
- FortiAP and Fortinet SDWAN knowledge are a plus.
- Experience in configuring Cisco Catalyst switches.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN/SDWAN network management issues.
- Good knowledge of routing protocols (BGP).
- Good knowledge of VPN networks (SSLVPN, IPSec).
- Knowledge of network infrastructure monitoring, and alerting would be a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good written and spoken Polish and English, at least B2 level.
- Valid category B driving license.
