Job Description
- Developing and maintaining the existing network infrastructure, including Data Center, LAN, WAN, SDN, Cloud
- Handling service requests.
- Executing IT infrastructure projects by implementing solutions.
- Diagnosing, analyzing, and ensuring the proper operation of the LAN/WAN/SDN/Cloud network.
- Managing and administering computer network monitoring.
- Creating documentation and procedures.
- Providing technical support to development and business support teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in supporting network technologies in mid/large-size companies.
- Knowledge of at least Cisco CCNA/CCNP level
- Practical knowledge of network security.
- Experience in configuring Cisco and Fortinet network devices like firewalls, switches, routers
- Knowledge of issues related to the management of LAN/WAN/SDN networks.
- Good knowledge about routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- Good knowledge about VPN networks (SSLVPN, IPSec)
- Knowledge in network infrastructure monitoring, observability, alerting would be a great plus
- Experience in Cisco ACI and Cloud Networking would be a great plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Availability for on-call duty, including one on-call rotation, 24/7.
- Good spoken and written Polish and English skills, at a minimum of B2 level.
- Valid driving license for category B.
