  • Collaborate with system owners to validate functional checks performed by the monitoring team, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and operational value.
  • Identify and close gaps in monitoring coverage to improve proactive detection of issues and enhance the speed and reliability of reactive response.

Visualization, Reporting & Documentation

  • Create, update, and manage detailed diagrams, dashboards, topology maps, and availability views within monitoring tools for enterprise‑wide and system‑specific visibility.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain monitoring reports to capture key performance metrics, trends, and operational insights.
  • Support audit preparation and responses by collaborating with the BPA Call SACOR and designated stakeholders to ensure monitoring tools meet compliance requirements.

Integration & Cross‑Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with support teams across the Agency and divisions to ensure monitoring configurations reflect current operational needs.
  • Support integrations between monitoring tools and other enterprise applications, ensuring data accuracy, interoperability, and reliability.
  • Provide subject‑matter expertise on monitoring best practices, tool capabilities, and operational improvements.
