• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network solutions, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and network security infrastructure;
• Configure, deploy, and support network devices such as routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls across multiple global locations;
• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure service reliability;
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for complex network incidents, outages, and performance challenges;
• Implement and maintain network security controls, including firewalls, network segmentation, and access control solutions, to safeguard critical business and manufacturing environments;
• Support global infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, expansions, migrations, and integrations, ensuring timely and successful delivery;
• Develop, maintain, and update network documentation, diagrams, operational procedures, and technical standards;
• Design, support, and optimize OT network infrastructure, ensuring secure connectivity for manufacturing and industrial systems such as SCADA, PLC, and MES platforms;
• Collaborate with automation, engineering, cybersecurity, and manufacturing teams to ensure effective integration and segmentation between IT and OT environments;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, cybersecurity requirements, GxP regulations, and audit readiness standards while supporting risk assessments and remediation activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in network engineering, administration, or support roles;
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and Meraki wireless solutions;
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, routing, switching, and network security;
• Experience supporting multi-site or global enterprise network environments;
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, network segmentation, access control, and compliance requirements within regulated industries;
• Experience working with OT/industrial environments and technologies such as SCADA, PLCs, MES, or Industrial Control Systems is highly desirable;
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Fortinet NSE, Azure Network Engineer Associate, or equivalent are considered a strong advantage.
