As part of our Network team within Enterprise Technology, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering and maintaining secure, scalable network solutions across our global footprint. What will you be doing?
In this role, you will bring structure and clarity to complex network environments, balancing operational excellence with forward thinking design. You will plan, coordinate and support the day to day operations of network services while also contributing to the design and evolution of LAN, WAN and wireless environments across offices, warehouses and manufacturing sites.
Working closely with stakeholders, you will translate business needs into logical and physical network designs, ensuring that every solution is robust, scalable and aligned with architectural standards. You will collaborate with service providers and internal teams to maintain high service availability, troubleshoot operational challenges and continuously improve performance.
Your work will extend beyond delivery as you help shape the future of network services through capacity planning, roadmap development and participation in contract renewals and proposals. Throughout, you will ensure strong governance, documentation and adherence to IT service management processes, ensuring reliability across the full lifecycle of services.

To succeed in this role, you will combine strong technical expertise with a proactive and structured mindset, enabling you to navigate complexity and deliver high quality outcomes.
  • Experience in network design, implementation and operations, with solid understanding of LAN, WAN and wireless technologies
  • Ability to create detailed technical documentation and translate requirements into clear and effective network designs
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the confidence to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across technology and business teams
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is 159,500 PLN - 239,250 PLN gross annually.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job-related factors including (but
not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic
location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender-neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job
architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
