Job Description:
We are seeking a senior Network Engineer with system administrator and command line Linux skills to maintain a full and robust multi-server network. In this role, you will manage the overall operational health of a customer network and support the design and infrastructure of the network with a future overhaul planned. The ideal candidate or this role will be a self-starter and feel comfortable leading technical efforts across organizations. Required Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
- Master's degree and six (6) years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus eight (8) years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree and ten (10) years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED and twelve (12) years of relevant experience. Degree must be in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology or related field. Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development; programming, and/or information/cyber/network security; vulnerability analysis; penetration testing; computer forensics; information assurance and/or systems engineering.
- Strong experience in network or system administration, application administration, and/or information technology support or management.
- Current experience with management of virtualized infrastructure, to include multi-node and multi-site networks.
- Recent experience with Linux and Windows operating systems (command line experience is required).
- Recent experience with containerization, Docker and/or Kubernetes a plus.
