Key responsibilities:

  • Network Operations & Stability – Ensure a stable, secure, and high-performing global network environment through proactive monitoring, efficient incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Infrastructure Management – Maintain and enhance network infrastructure by implementing standards and continuously improving LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments
  • Automation & Standardization – Drive automation and standardization efforts to increase efficiency, reduce manual workload, and strengthen operational reliability
  • Business Support – Support global business operations by delivering reliable network services and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
  • Lifecycle Management – Manage the full lifecycle of network infrastructure, including planning, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning
  • Vendor & Technology Management – Collaborate with suppliers, evaluate emerging technologies, and contribute to the modernization and optimization of the network landscape
  • Standards & Governance – Define, implement, and ensure adherence to network standards to maintain consistency and operational excellence
  • Project & Incident Support – Contribute to network-related projects and support the analysis and resolution of incidents to ensure smooth operations

We expect:

  • Professional Background – Completed training as an IT Specialist for Digital Networking or a comparable qualification, alternatively supported by relevant hands-on experience
  • Network Operations Expertise – Solid experience in operating IT infrastructure environments with a focus on Cisco Meraki technologies (MX, MS, MR)
  • Service Management Awareness – Familiarity with ITIL principles and structured approaches to incident, change, and service processes
  • Networking & Security Knowledge – Strong understanding of network protocols, segmentation, and security concepts, including routing, switching, and access control mechanisms
  • Analysis & Troubleshooting Skills – Confidence in identifying and resolving complex issues using logs, packet captures, and multi-layer diagnostics
  • Architecture & Implementation Capability – Ability to design and implement scalable and secure hybrid network and infrastructure solutions
  • Automation & Improvement Mindset – Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python or PowerShell) combined with curiosity, initiative, and a drive to continuously improve existing setups
  • Collaboration & Communication Strength – Strong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented mindset, and experience in working with external partners, combined with fluency in English and additional language skills as a plus

Skills Required
