Network Engineer – Global Infrastructure

This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly influence uptime, performance, and the digital backbone of a global enterprise.
What You’ll Do- Ensure 99.99% uptime across our global network infrastructure.
- Configure and deploy Switches and SD-WAN solutions across international sites.
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot network issues using system logs and performance tools.
- Maintain and evolve documentation, including knowledge bases and network maps.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to recommend enhancements and future-proof our network.
- Mentor and support team members through knowledge sharing and training.
- Work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies including:
- Aruba Wi-Fi, Zscaler, Palo Alto NGFW, Cisco Meraki, Cloudflare, and AWS Cloud Networking.
- Design and implement cloud components using Infrastructure as Code within an agile Scrum environment.
- Apply an automation-first mindset to streamline operations and improve scalability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience.
- Certifications such as Cisco CCNA and AWS Advanced Networking (or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of routing, switching, fiber optics, and cloud networking.
- Experience with SDLC, Infrastructure as Code, and agile methodologies.
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, not just technical solutions.
- Are a natural troubleshooter who sees problems through to resolution.
- Communicate clearly and confidently across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Embrace ambiguity and seek clarity without waiting for direction.
- Value collaboration, feedback, and continuous learning.
- Balance multiple priorities with grace and precision.
- Uphold strong ethics in business and information security.
