Department OverviewWe take care of Datacenter with around 400+ servers
Relevant Network equipment like cisco, fortinet and palo alto and also work on Switching Cisco, Extreme
Job Description
- Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN networks
- Install, configure, and support network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points)
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime
- Implement network security measures, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls
- Perform network upgrades, patches, and capacity planning
- Collaborate with system administrators, security teams, and application teams
- Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices
- IP (Internet Protocol – IPv4/IPv6) – Logical addressing and packet routing
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching
- Hands-on experience with networking equipment (Cisco,Palo Alto,Juniper,Fortinet,Extreme, etc.)
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
- Solid understanding of network security principles
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Routing Protocols knowledge,Static,Dybanic,OSPF,BGP etc
Basic Requirements
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching
- Hands-on experience with networking equipment (Cisco,Palo Alto,Juniper,Fortinet,Extreme, etc.)
