SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Network Engineer to deploy, and support reliable and secure network connectivity across geographically distributed environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with CradlePoint, IPSec VPN tunnels, cellular data networks, and Starlink satellite connectivity. A Cisco CCNA certification and 3-5 years of working with cellular data is a plus.

PRIMARY DUTIES include but not limited to: 

  • Deploy, configure, and support network solutions utilizing CradlePoint routers, cellular WAN, and Starlink satellite internet.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot IPSec VPN tunnels for site-to-site and remote connectivity.
  • Support and optimize cellular data connectivity, including redundancy and failover scenarios.
  • Integrate Starlink connectivity into existing network architectures, including VPN routing and performance optimization.
  • Monitor network health, availability, and performance across WAN, VPN, cellular, and satellite links.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues involving latency, routing, VPN stability, and connectivity interruptions.
  • Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and configuration standards.
  • Collaborate with security, systems, and operations teams to ensure secure and reliable network services.
  • Participate in network upgrades, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Day‑Shift Coverage

  • Provide consistent Monday–Friday coverage from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. US Eastern Time to support real‑time operations and implementations.

COMPETENCIES:

  • Hands-on experience with CradlePoint networking solutions.
  • Strong experience configuring and supporting IPSec VPN tunnels.
  • Experience supporting cellular data networking in enterprise or operational environments.
  • Experience deploying and supporting Starlink satellite internet.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, NAT, firewalls).
  • Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:   

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
  • Experience with SD-WAN or multi-link WAN environments.
  • Familiarity with redundant and failover networking designs.
  • Knowledge of secure networking best practices.
  • 3-5 years of cellular data experience

  • EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: Provide consistent Monday–Friday coverage from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to support real‑time operations and ensure continuous quality oversight.
