POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Network Director oversees the day-to-day operations and performance of an assigned network comprised of diverse programs, services, and agency-operated businesses. Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, this position is accountable for quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, fiscal stewardship, and the development of effective teams.

The Network Director works collaboratively with the Chief Program Officer and organizational leaders to implement organizational priorities in support of Trinity Services' mission, vision, and values while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and person-centered practices.

 

Salary: $95,000-$120,000 plus bonus opportunities

Shift: 8:30 am-5 pm; Scheduling flexibility is required based on the needs of the position at any given time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

The Network Director is responsible for the following primary responsibilities and areas of accountability:

 

  • Provides leadership and operational oversight for an assigned network with responsibility for multiple and diverse service lines, including varied residential/in home services, community day and employment services, PACE transportation services, agency-operated businesses and facilities, and the Trinity School.
  • Represents Trinity Services and develops effective relationships with referral sources, funding entities, families, school districts, community organizations, businesses, regulatory agencies, and other external stakeholders.
  • Provides direction and fosters collaboration across assigned service lines to ensure coordinated, person-centered service delivery, continuity of supports, and consistent implementation of organizational priorities.
  • Ensures high-quality, person-centered services that promote dignity, choice, community inclusion, and meaningful outcomes through regular presence across assigned program sites to monitor service quality, staff engagement, leadership effectiveness, and environmental conditions.
  • Implements organizational and departmental priorities while supporting Trinity Services' mission, vision, values, culture, and strategic direction.
  • Develops, coaches, mentors, and evaluates assigned leaders while fostering accountability, professional growth, and succession planning.
  • Ensures consistency in the implementation of Trinity Services' policies, procedures, standards of practice, and organizational expectations.
  • Oversees budgets and resources while ensuring responsible fiscal stewardship.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, contractual, accreditation, funding, and agency requirements by maintaining current knowledge of applicable regulations and reinforcing operational expectations with program leadership.
  • Promotes continuous quality improvement by utilizing operational, financial, quality, and regulatory data to identify trends, evaluate performance, guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Leads and supports organizational change initiatives while maintaining service continuity and staff engagement.
  • Collaborates with organizational leaders, support departments, and external stakeholders to achieve agency-wide goals.
  • Participates in leadership committees, organizational initiatives, fundraising, and community events, and the organization's leadership on-call rotation.
  • Models Trinity Services' values through ethical decision making, integrity, collaboration, accountability, and respect.
  • Promotes a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for the people supported and employees while reinforcing Trinity Services' commitment to ethical practice and individual rights.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position requires regular travel between program locations and the ability to work in office, community, and program settings. While the primary responsibilities of this position are administrative and operational in nature, the Network Director may occasionally be required to provide direct assistance in program environments during emergencies, staffing shortages, training activities, or to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the people supported.

 

Physical requirements of this position include the ability to:

  • Remain stationary for extended periods while working at a computer or attending meetings.
  • Operate a motor vehicle.
  • Lift up to 40 pounds from floor to waist without assistance.
  • Push or pull up to 75 pounds.
  • Push occupied wheelchairs weighing up to 200 pounds.
  • Squat, kneel, bend, reach, and maneuver to safely assist individuals receiving services.
  • Navigate stairs, uneven terrain, and various community and program environments.
  • Respond to emergencies and assist with emergency evacuations, when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible leadership experience overseeing services for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple service lines, budgets, and interdisciplinary teams preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid-funded services, accreditation standards, and applicable regulatory requirements preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop leaders, implement organizational initiatives, and achieve operational outcomes.
