What We Need
NetBrain is looking for an enthusiastic, value driven and technically savvy individual to join us as a Network Automation Engineer on our Proof of Concept Team. We need someone who is ready to help our prospects transform their various manual processes by creating a culture of no-code automation innovation.
The Impact You’ll Make
As a Network Automation Engineer with NetBrain, you will be the driving force behind the scenes for the technical sales of our no-code automation platform within our sales organization. You will work cross-functionally within NetBrain from customer-facing Sales Engineers to Support Engineers, R&D Engineers, and others across the company. You'll adapt corporate strategy, design automation architecture, and enable ongoing automation development efforts while utilizing your excellent technical and communication skills to provide leadership, guidance and insights to clients and engineers. Your consultative approach will help you evaluate client requirements, propose solutions, and accelerate automation objectives.
What You'll Do
- Partner with our Proof-of-Concept Engineers and prospects in the identification of high impact automation targets for their Network Operations
- Analyze customer’s deployed network technologies, existing playbooks, and design-documents to architect and implement automation solutions that address network challenges
- Provide technical support during Proof of Concept engagements, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Create detailed documentation of Proof of Concept configurations, processes, and results, providing clear records for internal reference and client follow-up.
- Contribute to the evolution of how Network Operations can be automated and transformed for global Enterprises and MSPs
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role within IT or network automation, including hands-on experience with proof-of-concept projects.
- Strong knowledge of network operations, network design and architecture
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with little supervision and guidance.
- Strong oral, written, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
