Network and Security Consultant

Prolink (a TD Synnex Company) is looking for a team member for its Ankara office

Job Summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering

• Proven experience in network architectures, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, Layer 2–3 technologies, Routers, Switches, and Firewalls

• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity solutions, including:

  • Firewall, EDR, NDR, XDR

  • SASE, SIEM

  • URL Filtering, Anti-Virus, DLP

• Preferred certifications: PCNSE, CCNA

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate with international vendors

• Customer-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fast learner, adaptable to dynamic and fast-paced environments

• Holds a valid driver’s license and actively drives

• Residency in Ankara

• Participate in both pre-sales and post-sales technical activities in close collaboration with internal teams

• Join client meetings with the sales team to deliver product presentations, solution designs, and technical consultancy

• Prepare and conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) activities

• Create kit lists; prepare, interpret, and review technical specifications

• Support the sales team throughout the opportunity lifecycle and contribute to closing deals

• Deliver product training sessions to resellers and end customers

• Install and configure purchased software and hardware solutions, ensuring secure and seamless system integration

• Troubleshoot technical issues, develop solutions, and coordinate with vendors when required

• Conduct regular on-site visits for customers under maintenance contracts and resolve identified issues promptly

• Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies; prepare documentation and deliver internal technical trainings

• Take ownership of setup, maintenance, configuration, and integration activities; ensure accuracy and report progress regularly to management

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Palo Alto Networks technologies:

  • Cortex XDR

  • Prisma Access (SASE)

  • Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW)
  • Palo Alto Networks NGFW (App-ID, User-ID, Security Profiles)

• SIEM tools and security operations knowledge

• Technical documentation and training delivery

• Pre-sales and post-sales technical support
