Job Title:-  Network and Infrastructure Administrator

Site:-          Cape Town, South Africa

The purpose of this role is:-

To ensure the smooth and successful running of the global IT network and infrastructure.

What you will do:-

• Administer and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including network, security and backup solutions.
• Monitor and maintain backup systems to ensure business continuity and data integrity
• Support the implementation of new IT technologies
• Monitor and report on organisation security
• Assist with specialist IT support queries
• Administrate Sharepoint
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including exchange, Teams and Purview
• Assist with user account provisioning, onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage software licensing and maintain accurate system records
• Work collaboratively with colleagues globally to deliver effective IT services and technical support

What you will bring:-

You will have previous experience in an IT administration and be comfortable working across a broad range of software solutions within a busy environment. You will have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office products and experience of supporting Microsoft 365 environments and Sharepoint, possessing strong technical, organisational and problem-solving skills. You will be able to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a proactive approach to improving systems and processes.

Experience implementing and training on new Software and IT applications and working within a global SME environment would be advantageous but not essential. Exposure to network security solutions and experience supporting specialist business applications would also be beneficial.

The candidate needs to live in commuting distance to our Cape Town office.
